2007 Lloyd Brothers Hand Picked Shiraz

Totally opaque black dark crimson red colour with very deep dark red hue. The nose displays aromas of ripe blackberry, dark plum, chocolate and confectionary. Full bodied with a very ripe profile, the wine displays flavours of blackberry, dark chocolate, black plum and confectionary followed by some spice on the back palate. Dry, firm and chalky tannins with aftertaste of dark chocolate, confectionary and spice. A wine with plenty of ripe opulent fruit that is counterpointed against some quite dry and chalky tannins.
Cellar 3-4 years (2013-2014).
