2007 Douglas Laing & Co. Old Particular Single Cask Glentauchers 15 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700ml)

Cara Laing has personally chosen this Glentauchers to be a part of the 'Managing Director's Selection'. She adds, “We taste widely across distilleries and vintages, and every so often a cask really shines and is particularly memorable. This Glentauchers is one of those gems, brimming with allspice, fruit and a rich cereal character. I remember trying the sample bottle for the first time and being especially impressed.” That explains why the Laings are offering more than their usual outturn. 765 bottles were drawn from a refill butt at 48.4% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
