Deep crimson colour with deep crimson mauve hue. Medium body. Excellent lifted nose with dark cherry top note, followed by a hint of liquorice. Flavours of plum, dark cherry and spice, showing good palate weight and moderate power wave. Fine grained tannins, with just a touch of dusty mushroom evident. Aftertaste of dark cherry and spice.
