Coobara is a conservation park where the rare Black Chinned Honeyeater is to be found.
Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. Delicate nose – perfumed with top notes of rose petal, orange blossom and lime. On the palate the acidity is razor sharp running over flavours of unripe orange, unripe mandarin and unripe lime. Lightning bolt acidity.
