Opaque deep dark red crimson colour with dark crimson red hue. The nose displays aromas of blackcurrant, ripe mulberry, spice and cedar. Medium to full bodied the palate possesses plenty of structure with flavours of ripe blackcurrant, cigar box, cedar and spice. Firm, slightly dryish but balanced tannin structure. Aftertaste of blackcurrant, cigar box, leather and spicy cedar.
Cellar a further 3-4 years (2011-2015).
