This is the new top of the range red from Sanguine Estate, which honours the Italian roots of the
Hunter family. Opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Perfumed. Rich palate, joosy with
McLaren Vale like overtones. Concentrated flavours of blackberry, black pepper, spice and plum.
Refined structure, with excellent length and depth. Fine grained, perfectly balanced tannins. The
flavours continue to build with vanilla and dark chocolate emerging on the back palate. Very long
aftertaste of vanilla, confectionary and spice.
