This wine has been partially fermented in stainless steel with the balance undergoing a barrel ferment.
Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. The nose displays top note of yeast lees, cashew and biscuit, followed by end notes of butterscotch, peach and melon – showing impressive varietal character. The palate is quite broad showing some coarseness. Soft acidity. Aftertaste of peach and butterscotch.
