2006 Mt Toolleen Heathcote Premium Reserve Shiraz

Opaque black dark red colour with deep dark red hue. The nose displays good aromatic intensity with liquorice top notes followed by some mocha dark chocolate like characters and vanillin confectionary. Rich mouthfilling palate flavours of liquorice, dark blackberry and dark chocolate followed by some vanilla and spice. Velvet smooth tannins. Good depth with long liquorice, dark chocolate, vanillin mocha and spice aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
