2006 Formby and Adams Cutting Edge Cabernet Shiraz

This wine has been made by the Brothers in Arms team and is composed of 86% Cabernet and 14% Shiraz.
Medium body, crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Top note of cassis followed by blackcurrant and spice with just a hint of cedar and plum. On the palate flavours of plum, stewed fruit and cedar. Fine slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of plum and stewed fruit. A commercial style.
