ABV: 14%Closure: Screw CapMatured for 16 months in French and American oak. Opaque dark red colour with deep dark red mauve hue. Pronounced aromas of dark chocolate, plum and mocha followed by a hint of spice. Medium weight with flavours of stewed plum, chocolate and spice followed by a touch of earth. The fruit is drying out. Dry, slightly chalky tannins with aftertaste of stewed plum, spice, cedar and earth.
