Tasting note: Bright Gold. Lightly honeyed aromas of beeswax, toasted cereals and nashi pear. Great balance with a restrained, fruity, grassy surge, spicing up as it goes. Some succulence to the finish which is delicately fruity, drying, clean and lipsmacking, the dryness of the wood closing in. Minimal water accents the fruity aspect as semi-ripe melon and peach and dramatically broadens and richens the mouthfeel. 55.9% Alc./Vol.
