Brilliant straw colour with pale straw hue. Lifted nose with delicate exotic tropical fruit and spice notes. The palate delivers some interesting flavour twists – flavours of ripe paw paw with a hint of mango followed by a grassy back palate. Aftertaste of spice, musk and tropical fruit. A distinct style of Verdelho, quite different from South Australian version of the varietal.
