Trophy winner at the Tasmanian Wine Show '17, two-thirds pinot noir, and spent 7 years on yeast lees. Like all Arras wines, it has an extra level of textural and flavour complexity derived partly from the fruit, partly from extended time on lees, balanced by tangy acidity. Drink by 2026.
