Bright pale gold colour with water like hue showing some bottle development. Top note of yeast lees, followed by hazelnut and nougat with a touch of butterscotch evident in the background. The nose displays barrel ferment characters. Creamy palate texture. Flavours of yeast lees, hazelnut and cashew. There is a hint of melon in the background. Hazelnut and cashew aftertaste.
