Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Lifted nose of cedar, blackcurrant and cassis followed by a refined liquorice allsorts end note. Very fine, refined palate structure. Cedar and tobacco over a dusty Cabernet background. Flavours of blackcurrant and cedar which run through to the aftertaste. A classic example of Coonawarra Cabernet.
