An elegant Chardonnay.
This wine has not undergone any malolactic fermentation. Bright straw colour with water like hue. Superb, refined nose – reminiscent of a great White Burgundy. The structure displays elegance and refinement as well as a persistence of flavour. Citrus and cashew layers emerge. Clean acid finish. Long aftertaste of citrus and grapefruit.
