Bright green gold colour with water like hue, showing development. Aroma of honey, straw and light toast, followed by nuances of honeycomb and melon, showing good intensity and strong varietal character. The palate flavours are still evolving but reveal honey, toast and lemon flavours. The lemon flavour component is breaking up. Clean acid finish. Long aftertaste of lemon and honey.
