All the Orcadian hallmarks will be here - warm honey canopied by rich oak, a drift of peat and soft sea breeze… These natural strength bottlings can be amazingly concentrated yet graceful spirits. Signatory have opted for a little extra complexity and richness with elevage in a first-fill oloroso butt. 608 bottles were decanted at 55.2% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
