A lighter, less powerful example of the M3 than we’ve seen in the past. Bright, pale gold colour with water like hue. Aroma of biscuit and spice, followed by light lees and subtle nut. The palate delivers light biscuit and cashew flavours over a grapefruit background. Acidity is a touch high. Light aftertaste of grapefruit, cashew and yeast lees.
