Semi translucent crimson mauve colour with deep crimson mauve hue. Lifted nose of anise, black cherry, spice and violets, showing strong varietal character. On the palate, flavours of dark cherry, spice and anise are layered over by a touch of beetroot and very spicy back palate. A full bodied style. Aftertaste of liquorice, anise, black cherry and spice.
