This wine has been made with minimal interference. Bright straw colour with delicate green tinge. Aroma of cashew, biscuit and yeast lees followed by a light spicy end note. The palate is a little fuller than the nose suggests, with flavours of nougat, cashew and yeast lees. Creamy texture. Soft acid finish. Aftertaste of cashew, yeast lees and nougat.
