Excellent creamy mousse with very fine persistent bead. Pale straw colour base wine. The nose displays good intensity with strong yeast autolysis characters followed by biscuit, cashew and citrus end notes. Refined palate with flavours of yeast lees, biscuit and cashew followed by some toast and citrus on the back palate. Creamy texture showing good complexity. Clean crisp refreshing finish
with long aftertaste yeast lees, biscuit and cashew. Try with sushi and sashimi.
