2004 Vasse River Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

The first plantings at Vasse River were made in 1988. Brilliant, very pale straw colour with waterlike hue. Delicate nose, with aroma of ripe gooseberry, spice and tropical fruit. The palate flavours are subdued – tropical fruit and gooseberry emerge. Soft acid finish. Light aftertaste of tropical fruit and gooseberry.
