A classy Shiraz. Bright crimson mauve colour with crimson mauve hue. Medium body. Perfumed nose of violets, blackcurrant, spice, cedar and raspberry with nuances of confectionary over violets. Delightful palate flavours, showing refinement yet with plenty of varietal character. Layers of light spice, liquorice, vanilla and blackcurrant are followed by a light white pepper back palate, supported by fine grained perfectly balanced tannins. Very long, spicy plum aftertaste.
