The "HSE" Rum Company offers a range of Agricole style rums finished in x Cognac, Whisky and Sherry casks, adopting the same principles of maturation that many innovative Single Malt Scotch whiskies have employed for decades.
After eight years of aging in traditional oak barrels this special vintage received a 6 month finishing in barrels that formerly contained Fino & Oloroso Sherries. Expect added depth and complexity in the same vein as Sherried Single Malt whisky. 45% Alc./Vol.
