This Sparkling wine is made up of a blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir. Impressive white, creamy mousse, holding well. Fine bead with very good persistence. Pale straw with green tinge coloured base wine. The nose delivers aroma of yeast lees, followed by a hint of honeycomb and some yeast lees characteristics. Good palate weight with creamy texture. Light citrus on the back palate. The acidity is well balanced. An aperitif style.
