2004 Craneford John Zilm Shiraz Museum Release

Showing signs of development the wine displays a deep dark red black colour with deep brick red hue. The nose displays aromas of ripe dark plum, liquorice and vanillin spice followed by some emerging leathery end notes. Medium to full bodied the palate is dominated by plummy, liquoricy flavours followed by some vanillin oak and spice on the back palate. Soft very fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of dark plum, morello cherry, liquorice and spice.
