Outstanding creamy white mousse with very fine, persistent bead. Deep straw coloured base wine. Top note of yeast lees, cashew and biscuit over a creamy palate structure. In the background flavours of yeast lees, biscuit and lemon. Excellent balance. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of yeast lees and biscuit.
