2003 Yering Station Shiraz Viognier

Opaque black crimson colour with black purple hue. The nose is delicate – aroma of spice, black cherry and apricot followed by black pepper and vanilla. The palate has good weight – flavours of blackberry, plum and stewed fruit followed by a spicy apricot back palate. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of blackberry, plum and stewed fruit.
