Bright gold colour with straw hue. Developed nose of biscuit and yeast lees followed by cashew, honey and honeycomb. The palate flavours are generous, again showing developed character with just a hint of grapefruit emerging in the back palate. Soft acid finish. Aftertaste of yeast lees, cashew and grapefruit.
