Translucent purple mauve colour, with purple hue. The nose displays good varietal character with notes of spice, cherry and strawberries. The palate flavour profile is delicate, with cherry and spice flavours being evident. Soft tannins. There emerges a faint effort of assertion of power but by top Pinot standards it is a lame effort.
