A full bodied, fruit filled Shiraz with an unusual flavour profile, reflective of the ‘One Eye block’ terroir.
Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Perfumed nose with top notes of blood plum, violet infusions, blackcurrant, vanilla and raspberry. The palate delivers impressive weight and depth. Flavours of liquorice, blackberry, vanilla and freshly crushed raspberries emerge. Fine grained, soft tannins. Very long aftertaste of liquorice, blackberry, raspberry and blood plum.
