This wine has spent two years on lees. This is a generous, fuller style of sparkling wine. The wine starts very well with a generous creamy mousse followed by a fine persistent bead and gold coloured base wine. On the nose, aroma of biscuit, honey and yeast lees. Creamy palate, with flavours of yeast lees, hazelnut and subtle winter strawberry. Clean acid finish. Winter strawberry aftertaste.
