Opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Lifted nose of vanilla, liquorice allsorts, morello cherry and spice. Full bodied palate, however, more restrained than the Warrabilla Durif wines. Fine, dry and chalky tannins. Aftertaste of liquorice, vanilla and ripe plum.
