Bright straw colour. The nose is a touch restrained, with subtle aroma of biscuit, cashew and yeast lees followed by nuances of butterscotch and hazelnut. The palate is dry with flavours of yeast lees and biscuit emerging. Clean acid finish with aftertaste of biscuit and hazelnut.
