Bright pale straw colour with green hue. Fresh aromatic nose of ripe and unripe gooseberry over a grassy aniseed background. On the palate the acidity is very crisp giving the wine a very zippy backbone. Flavours of citrus and unripe gooseberry emerge. Aftertaste of tropical fruit and aniseed.
