The blend is composed of 60% Grenache, 32% Shiraz and 8% Mouvedre. Very deep crimson mauve colour with mauve hue. Superb nose of raspberry, liquorice and ripe plum followed by black pepper and a hint of violets. Excellent palate with flavours of spice, black pepper, raspberries and liquorice allsorts. Perfect balance, fine grained tannins. Liquorice, plum, raspberry aftertaste.
