Bright gold colour with straw hue. Aroma of honey peach and melon, followed by a hint of cantaloupe. Creamy texture, with flavours of honey, yeast lees and hazelnut – a wine made in the style of France’s Southern Burgundy. Dry palate with aftertaste of fig, melon, yeast lees and biscuit.
