A benchmark Australian Riesling – World class. Bright straw colour. Wonderfully intense nose, superb aroma of orange blossom, lime, lemon, ripe pears and nectarine. A great sniff. The palate flavours are mouthfilling, with excellent lime and lemon flavour. Outstanding length and persistence, with absolutely perfect acid balance. The aftertaste reflects a wine in perfect harmony of great finesse. Expensive but worth it. Stocks are extremely limited. Cellar 4-5 years (2006-2007) Alc/Vol 13%
