2002 Forester Estate Chardonnay

A straightforward wine which has the hallmark of formulated winemaking. Bright straw colour. Aroma of tropical fruit, yeast lees, cashews and butterscotch. On the palate there is a hint of cinnamon, butterscotch and tropical fruit. Soft acid finish with a hint of cashews on the aftertaste.
