The 2002 Eaglehawk Chardonnay is mid straw incolour with a vibrant youthful hue. The bouquet istypical of Australian chardonnay with tropical melonand peach characters and subtle oak integration. Thepalate is medium weight with rich fruit flavours anda backbone of supporting oak. The finish is crisp,dry and refreshing. Alc/Vol 12.5%
