An excellent Sauvignon Blanc with strong varietal character. Very pale straw colour. Lifted nose of tropical fruit and ripe gooseberry. The wine has excellent palate weight and mouthfeel, with herbaceous layers over gooseberry. Crisp acid finish followed by a herbaceous gooseberry aftertaste.
