2002 Arranmore Vineyard Curate's Closet Merlot

Brick red colour. Medium body. Top note of tea leaf over a herbaceous tobacco layer. On the palate the tea leaf flavour profile overpowers the mulberry fruit component. There is a touch of dark chocolate evident. Fine grained tannins with the herbal tea leaf character persisting.
