An excellent example of the blend. Bright crimson mauve colour with mauve hue. The nose displays pronounced notes of raspberry, spice and liquorice followed by a peppery end note. The palate has weight and depth with powerful spicy blackpepper flavours over a layer of raspberry and spice. Fine grained dry persistent tannins, followed by a very long raspberry blackpepper and liquorice aftertaste.
