An impressive Cabernet from Sevenhill. Almost opaque black crimson colour with deep crimson hue. The nose has a perfumed quality with notes of spice, blackcurrant, violet, cedar and vanilla. Generous palate, with flavours of ripe plum, spice, blackcurrant, cedar, vanilla and confectionary on the back palate. Fine grained tannins, slightly chalky. Aftertaste of blackcurrant and vanilla.
