A big ‘joosy’ red. Opaque black purple colour with deep purple mauve hue. Lifted nose with deep purple mauve hue. Lifted nose with notes of violets, blackberry, plum and liquorice. The palate is powerful with flavours of very spicy plum over a white pepper, raspberry and liquorice background. Excellent length and depth. Fine dry tannins, perfectly balanced with very long aftertaste of liquorice and white pepper.
