The grapes were sourced from both the Goulburn and King Valleys. Both Scott Henry and T trellis systems were used with crop levels at 4 - 6 tons per acre.
The wine shows citrus and cinnamon spice with bran biscuit-like characters and is a touch floral. The fresh fruit character and refreshing flavour makes this an attractive alternative to unwooded styles.
