The colour of this wine is holding up well. Opaque black, deep crimson colour with deep black, crimson hue. Perfumed nose. Cedar, cigar box top note, followed by truffle and cassis. The palate is still very much alive with blackcurrant, confectionary and cedar flavours, holding up well. Fine grained tannins, excellent balance. Aftertaste of cedar, spice and confectionary.
