Brilliant gold colour with green hue. Aroma of melon, butterscotch, spice and white peach, showing typical chardonnay characteristics over a toasted oak background. On the palate flavours of butterscotch, spice and yeast lees, followed by ripe tropical fruit back palate flavours. Soft acid finish, with aftertaste of tropical fruit and butterscotch.
