2001 Highbank Vineyards Basket Pressed Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot

The blend consists of 70% Cabernet, 25% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc. Medium body, brick red colour with crimson brick red hue. Perfumed nose of violet and cedar followed by a blackcurrant end note. Excellent palate flavours, with flavours of blackcurrant, spice and violet infusion. Fine grained tannins with long blackcurrant spice aftertaste.
